Recipe - Strawberry Shortcake Whiskey Float

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 shot hot espresso
  • 2 tbsp strawberry purée (fresh or lightly cooked)
  • 1–2 tsp Sippin Soft Serve
  • 1–1½ oz whiskey (optional)
  • Ice
  • Shortbread or cookie crumble (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberry purée and Sippin Soft Serve to a glass.
  2. Pour espresso over top and stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add whiskey if using.
  4. Fill with ice and finish with cookie crumble.
